Peace of Mind

We are located adjacent to I-5, off exit 244, approximately 2 miles South of Enchanted Forest. The facility is also protected by video surveillance, electronic motion detectors, extensive lighting and a 24-hour security patrol.

For many years, the land under our facility was farmed successfully. However, the farmland presented a problem relative to being level and capable of withstanding the weight of heavy buildings. As such, we hauled in approximately 800 yards of rock to level and stabilize the entire 3 acres, which began in 2017. Ultimately, we opened for our first tenants in the Fall of 2019.

Our thinking was to provide an alternative storage location for RVs, trailers and boats so that our tenants could free up space at their homes, and better organize their storage needs. Combine this with the fact that many local HOAs do not allow storage of recreational vehicles within the subdivision, and it represented a business opportunity.
